Theory Training

Theory Evaluation

Practical Training
The hands-on part of the program is covered in the practical training. Here, those training are shown the safe operating measures, the parking and shutdown procedures and the pre-use check measures. Each one training has the chance to operate the machine and practice the skills they learned throughout Theory Training under the program trainer's helpful eye in a setting which is safety controlled.
Practical Evaluation
The assessment of the practical portion is where the trainee is evaluated as to whether they have the minimum level of skill. Trainees are individually tested on their skills utilizing the equipment in a somewhat challenging program environment. After the assessment is complete, the ones training are de-briefed and given the chance to address any issues they may have regarding whatever part of the program. Every employer of a successful trainee will be sent the official records and documents soon after the program has been completed.
